Plenty of options for antennas here, as there are plenty of fence posts to choose from. The actual summit is in a field, but is not worth visiting as there is no Trig point. I operated from N51 22.402 W001 51.422, which has a good take-off to the SE,S,SW,W & NW. My GPS gave a reading of 294m ASL, which is 1m below the summit point. This point is approx. 1 mile from the CP area. Excellent views & plenty of Archaeology to look at on route.

Report 1
SU115637 - Large parking area for 20+ cars-can be busy at times.
From parking area cross the road and go through the stile into the field. Bear left and head for the next stile and the prominent 'Adam's Grave' Long Barrow. The FP will become obvious here, so follow the raised linear feature and then the obvious FP which skirts along the Southern flank of the hill, going above the carved White Horse. Once past the Horse, head towards the fence line at the top. This area along here is in the activation zone. A reasonable operating area can be found along the fence line approx. 1 mile from the Car Park at N51 22.402 W001 51.422.
