This is a very popular tourist attraction. One footpath from the town (if visiting) or from the North with limited minor road parking.

 ST512388 - Limited parking alongside minor roads with some disabled parking nearest to start of footpath. Was warned by local resident of car thefts during busy times.
 Well signposted from minor roads to Tor Footpath. The path is mainly concrete and stepped with several benches for rest areas. Be prepared to answer many questions from interested visitors in many languages! Avoid immediate tower area if using poles/wires to avoid risks to the public.
