A large summit with massive AZ. Plenty of room for antennae. Very popular with rock climbers. It is the highest point of the 3km escarpment of Stanage Edge.

 SK227843 - Room for 50 or more cars, but it does get full as it did when I was there on a cold February day.
 From the parking place take the metalled track north. This track passes a small wooded area on the right. Once past the woods cross the ladder stile on the left. Head upwards on the obvious tracks, and head for the right hand side of the main rock climbing area. You can get on the summit this way with only a minimum of scrambling (I had to use my hands twice). Once on the plateau, turn left and the trig point is 200m.
