A small hill on the border of Tameside and Greater Manchester. A public road traverses the summit which is home to a few houses, a golf course and a couple of communications masts It used to be popular for VHF contesting, although I comment on RF breakthrough from the masts. Great views over Manchester - if that is your thing.

 SJ970932 - Parking for a couple of cars if you watch the rocks
 There is no real route from parking spot. I headed in an easterly direction for the viewpoint indicator and set up from there. The parking spot is within the AZ.
