The summit is on private land. 0n 30/11/2012 I asked the Parish Clerk at Hill Farm, Oxenton about access. The land owner lives at Bangrove Farm (SO974325) and I was given his number to call (contact me for details) - no answer at the time so I drove away. The summit area and woods are in use for gamebird and clay pigeon shooting. Gamekeepers are employed. Access is normally discouraged but a proper approach may yield success if no shooting is planned.  If the owner permits access, join the Gloucestershire way footpath just beyond the church at the bend in the road and climb to 964324 (edge of woodland) where the farm track on private land heads for the trig point.
